I agree with others that you may pay a little more here than at some places in St. Cloud or online, but it is worth every penny. The expertise and great service I receive every time I go in this store has given me that appreciation for the local hardware store that you sometimes see portrayed in television and movies. I have made many small purchases and even a few big ones at this store and I haven't regretted a single one yet.
I give it a 0 for phone customer service. Asked if they carried a product and she said no, she didn't even know what I was talking about. Then after saying "no" she hung up right away before I could ask them to order it for me.
Always friendly, always helpful, and they always have what i need - once even a gasket for a 60 year old pressure cooker!
Glad for the convenience of you guys being in town. You are always patient and helpful to a customer that quiet frankly, may not have the greatest IQ when it comes to hardware. ;) Like myself.
A little more spendy but the customer service I've experienced here is worth the extra money. Very helpful staff that are willing to answer questions and give advice if needed.
