I had Birchwood Electric scheduled to do my residential project. With their busy schedule we were about 4-5 weeks out before they could start. I understood and was patient. Just days before our start date, I receive a call from the owner telling me they cannot fulfill my project any longer due to losing an employee. They did not bother to try and reschedule, but would rather just drop my project all together. I will not be using their services again, nor will I ever recommend this company to anyone I know. Very frustrating experience!!!!!
I hired Birchwood to install electric in floor heat and to do some other general electrical wiring in my home. They were very professional. They did great work at a fair price. My wife really appreciated that they left the house as clean as it was when they arrived. I would gladly hire them again when the need arises.
